职业锚的认定与开发是对个体职业能力、需要、动机与价值观的把握与强化。将大学生职业锚的早期认定与开发作为创新思想政治教育的途径,既提高了大学生的综合素质、创业能力和社会竞争力,丰富了大学生思想政治教育的内容,又提高了思想教育工作的实效性和针对性。
Abstract：Identifying and developing career anchor is to define and strengthen individual professional capacities,needs,values,motivations and value views.Early identification and development of career anchor,as an innovative way to college ideological and political education,can not only improve the comprehensive quality,pioneering ability and social competitiveness of college students,but also enrich and improve the effectiveness and pertinence of college ideological and political education.
