日本女性的社会地位问题是近年来对日研究的重要内容之一,其变化体现着日本社会各方面的发展状态。语言是思想文化的载体,流行语体现的是某一时期社会的热点现象,第二次世界大战后十年日本社会的流行语记录了该时期女性地位变化的过程。二战前,日本女性社会地位低下。战后,以联合国占领军进行的一系列民主改革为分界点,日本女性地位发生了根本性转变,政治改革和经济的发展是此转变发生的根本原因。

The issue of social status of Japanese female has been one of the key topics about the Japanese studies in the recent years,whose changes reflect the developing status of Japanese society in different aspects. Language is the carrier of thought and culture,and the catchword displays the hot social phenomena in the certain period. The catchwords in the Japanese society over the decade after World War II record the changing process of female social status in that period. The social status of Japanese female is low before World War Ⅱ while the fundamental changes happen with the Allied Powers enforcing a series of democratic reforms after World War Ⅱ. And the political reform and economic development are considered the primary reasons for such transformation.
