十八大以来,深化公立医院的改革成为我国卫生医疗体制改革中的重要任务,探索建立适应我国国情的公立医院绩效评价体系也成为亟待解决的问题。国外第三方公立医院评价组织体系成熟、指标科学、机制完善,针对我国国情和我国公立医院的实际情况,通过分析国外具有代表性的第三方公立医院评价组织,为构建我国第三方公立医院评价组织提供政策建议。
Abstract：Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,deepening the reform of public hospitals has been an important task in China's reform of medical and health system,and exploring the performance evaluation system of public hospitals that adapt to China's conditions has also been an urgent issue.The third-party evaluation of public hospitals abroad has the mature organization,scientific index and perfect mechanism,which makes it possible to analyze the representative third-party evaluation organizations of public hospitals abroad to provide some policy suggestions for establishing China's third-party evaluation organization of public hospitals according to the situations of China and public hospitals.
